Additional information
*Regarding electricity, to prevent excessive use beyond what is considered "reasonable," an additional charge of €0.40/kWh will be applied for consumption exceeding 60 kWh/day (or 420 kWh per week).
The property is reserved for the number of guests specified in the contract, corresponding to the rate you pay. In the event of additional guests during the stay (maximum 15), a surcharge proportional to the total rate paid will be requested.
A security deposit of €1500 is required upon arrival and will be refunded within one week following your departure.
Private parking is available for guests' vehicles (maximum 5 vehicles). For other vehicles, you can park at the 'parking des suisses' (paid during summer) 50 meters away.
